We will pick you up at your hotel in Bavaro/Punta Cana and take you on a half-day Safari

that will allow you to learn about the culture and some endemic plants of the Dominican Republic. 

You will also be able to interact with the super friendly Squirrel Monkeys!

We will first visit a typical country house and learn about organic products and how Dominicans live off the land.

There, have the opportunity to taste organic, exotic  fruits and roasted coffee.

Next we will visit a beautiful botanical garden, where you will learn about endemic plants and magnificent flowers of our country.

You will then have the opportunity to interact and feed lovable Squirrel Monkeys for approx.. 45 minutes during a guided tour at Monkey land.

These charismatic and wise monkeys will amaze you as they climb down from the trees to sit on your shoulder and eat from your hand. 

The squirrel monkeys are adorable and very well looked after!

Continue through the Eastern mountain range to the colorful villages of the island, where you will visit a typical home to sample fresh,

organic coffee, cacao and tropical fruits. End with a browse through the Monkey Land gift store to find some unique monkey related gifts.

We will then take you back through the beautiful mountain range and colorful villages of the region.  You will love this trip!
